Clear Thoughts

For the last several days, each morning I have started the day with fog.  Its strange how the weather can affect our moods at times.  My thoughts have been a bit foggy and lost with a little sadness mixed in.  But the fog always clears after about mid morning or so and behind the fog life continues to happen.

Each day God has cleared my thoughts.  He has helped me to see what the day brings and mixes in some smiles, and laughter.  I turn my foggy, lost, and sad thoughts over to Him and he lifts the fog from my heart and mind and I'm reassured that with the next step into the day he is there with me clearing my thoughts as I hold Him close by as my day continues.

I love how His presence feels surrounding me with comfort and hope.

In this world and His world

In a perfect world I wouldn't have Fibromyalgia.  In a perfect world I would have an area or a room for my craft stuff that I could leave out and work on in my leisure,  In a perfect world I would have a husband that truly loves me and cherishes me and expresses that deep care for me.

In a perfect world my husband would say something more than "I'm sorry I always wake up grumpy and depressed in the mornings."  and says he doesn't know how to change it.

But its not a perfect world!  Nor will it ever be!

I live in this imperfect, not easy to live in world.....but I do it with His help.  If it wasn't for Jesus I don't where I would be.  Jesus gives me the strength to keep walking forward in all of my challenges that this world has to offer.  Jesus gives me hope when I don't feel it.  Jesus carries me when I can not stand.  Jesus will help me live in this world.

Moments in November

This was the beautiful view I awake to while I was walking the dogs first thing in the morning.

Me feeling happy

Proud of my son, Kyle.  He got an award for football....for good character!  I love it when he smiles!

Made some cards with my photos to sell at the craft boutique at church.

My husband being silly with Sara's headband.....a sweet moment of cuddling with Sara and watching Netflix.

Got up early to beat the crowd at church craft boutique to surprise my sleeping family at home with breakfast and lunch for our cold Saturday.

The surprise was a success!

A cold silly kind of day

Yesterday (Sunday 11-2) started out wet and cold.  When its wet and cold my body aches so bad!  But as the cold day went on I found some love, fun, giggles and laughs, smiles and cuddles!

Sara came into my room after her friend left found me under my favorite quilt.  She bounced with excitement to hurry and get under the quilt with me.  she said "I will keep you warm mommy"
Her little nose was cold like an ice cube but her kiss warmed my heart.

Moving on to the next girl....my big girl!  She was cold so it was my turn to warm her up.

This is Hanger head!  Doesn't she wear it well? lol  She can be so silly when she is tired.

Pretty soon we were both being silly in my closet and couldn't help but laugh so much!  She was gone all weekend....I missed her!

So despite my no make-up all weekend, try not to go anywhere mood, laughter and smiles were abundant!

The End of October

Sara & Emma made their Halloween Costumes!  Very cute
I have enjoyed making Christmas cards this week.
My new "toy" for my card making.  Its so fun to give the cards texture and embossed pictures for the cards.
Kyle finished his first football season.  He really loves football and had fun.  I think he is looking forward to next year already.
I have been caring for a friend's parents.  I enjoy helping and spending time with them.  Jan loves to do puzzles :)
Sara finished up her first volleyball season at middle school.  She enjoyed it.  She is great at serving the ball over the net.

I can't believe that October is over and today is the day of a new month.  Now is the time of the year when things start going real fast and busy until the first of the New Year.  It's been a windy and chilly day today...hallowing wind, heavy pine trees swaying, and leaves dancing all around on the ground.

I'm thankful that my mom's biopsy came back with no cancer in her breast!

Dear Lord, please prepare our hearts and minds for the November.  Help us to be loving and kind to one another.  Show us opportunities to share your light and word to others.  Thank you for the many blessings that you have given us.  Amen
