The End of October

Sara & Emma made their Halloween Costumes!  Very cute
I have enjoyed making Christmas cards this week.
My new "toy" for my card making.  Its so fun to give the cards texture and embossed pictures for the cards.
Kyle finished his first football season.  He really loves football and had fun.  I think he is looking forward to next year already.
I have been caring for a friend's parents.  I enjoy helping and spending time with them.  Jan loves to do puzzles :)
Sara finished up her first volleyball season at middle school.  She enjoyed it.  She is great at serving the ball over the net.

I can't believe that October is over and today is the day of a new month.  Now is the time of the year when things start going real fast and busy until the first of the New Year.  It's been a windy and chilly day today...hallowing wind, heavy pine trees swaying, and leaves dancing all around on the ground.

I'm thankful that my mom's biopsy came back with no cancer in her breast!

Dear Lord, please prepare our hearts and minds for the November.  Help us to be loving and kind to one another.  Show us opportunities to share your light and word to others.  Thank you for the many blessings that you have given us.  Amen
