Always moving forward

School has been under way now for about 2 weeks.  The kids are doing well.  Sara is liking middle school so far.  Karlee has a light year as a junior, now she can focus on working too.  Kyle has major football fever!  He comes home so tired and sore and sometimes hurt from practice but he enjoys it.  His first game is Wed, but its in Havasu :(  I'm looking forward to his first home game.

On other news with my step-son.....well that is a rollercoaster ride.  He continues to make bad choices and has found himself in jail for a few a days for violating his probation.  Not sure what to expect next....but I still pray that the Lord will get a hold of him and set him on His path.

Micah is busy.....working as much as he can until it rains.  The rain makes it hard and frustrating for him to get any work done.  The next few days offers lots of sun shine :)

My "job" with Heritage Assistant Living has come to an end.  They no longer can afford to have so many people so they had to cut the shift I was working.  So I'm back on the job hunting ride!  I had an interview on Friday with Budget Car Rental....that looks like it might work out.  I also heard back from a job through the city, requesting more information that might lead to something.  That one would be nice since it would have benefits.  I'm not sure where the Lord is taking me with this job thing but I pray when it comes time to make a decison He will guide me into the right one for the time.

Being a parent of teens and pre-teen is not easy.  I'm constantly looking up asking for help.

I finally felt like getting my camera out!  It was so great!  I miss that feeling that comes with looking for the right shot.  I had two cute little models in the yellow flowers that helped me, Sara and her friend Emma.

Of course I took more that what I posted above....but you will have to check out my Silverwing Photography blog for that :)

Today I will go to church and enjoy some uplifting worship music and fellowship and then come home and do a few things around the house but then later today I would really like to try to work in a small nature walk somewhere to explore with my camera.
